When will my order ship?
Orders for in-stock products will be processed and shipped the next business day if ordering on a weekday. If you order on Friday the next business day is Monday. Expect your order to ship then. Shateria Beauty cannot guarantee any specific processing time, and processing times may vary in the event of peak periods, natural disaster, or inclement weather.
Expedited Shipping Ordering Deadlines & Arrivals
UPS Expedited (2-3 Business Days)
This shipping methods is available for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii addresses only. Expedited orders will be shipped via UPS. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders may be delayed in the event of peak periods, natural disasters or inclement weather.
Returns
Most items, except those listed below, purchased on shateriabeauty.com may be returned to shateriabeauty.com fulfillment center within 15 days. In general, your return should meet these guidelines:
Items should be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
In the case of receiving a damaged item(s) or shipping back damages, please contact Customer Service prior to taking any actions.
Credit will always be issued to the same method of payment for which they were paid for.
Shipping is refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged, or defective.
Please include the packing list that came with your order in your return packaging.
Exceptions to Regular Online Returns
Promotional and Free Items:
Promotional items and free items must be returned with the product it was offered with in order for a return to be processed. Promotional and free items are non-returnable by themselves.
